What We Do

A person's arm extended with an open hand facing upward, with a ring on the finger, against a background of blurry, light-colored circles of bokeh in a wooded outdoor setting.

Live Able Collective provides evidence-based health and wellness coaching for people living with neurological conditions who want a clear, practical plan for moving forward.

Together, we'll build a personalized roadmap grounded in neuroscience, healthy lifestyle practices, and meaningful reflection so you can make confident decisions, navigate challenges, and continue living a life that's meaningful and joyful.

Coaching is a collaborative partnership. I'll help you understand what's happening, discover what works best for your life, and build the confidence to make sustainable changes long after our work together ends.

The goal is for you to leave feeling knowledgeable, empowered, and equipped to confidently manage your health for years to come.

Meet the Founder

Hi! Welcome to Live Able Collective!

I'm Amy, a licensed physical therapist with over 17 years of experience in neurologic clinical care, including running my own physical therapy practice. My background in physical therapy has taught me so much about clinical care, but it also showed me the huge gap in care and support that I believe everyone living with a neurological illness deserves. I recognized that many people continue asking important questions long after formal rehabilitation ends: "What do I do now?" "How do I keep moving forward?" "How do I build a meaningful life with this diagnosis?" Live Able Collective is meant to connect the dots between your medical care and your everyday life.

I help people living with neurological conditions move from uncertainty to confidence by combining neuroscience, movement, healthy lifestyle practices, and compassionate coaching. Together, we'll create a practical roadmap that helps you reconnect with your strengths, trust your body's ability to adapt, and continue building a life that's meaningful, joyful, and able.
